Upon buying a unit in the Fazenda Nova Brazilandia you will automatically become eligible for preferential status at the “Farm Stay Homestead”.  The primary focus of Nova Brazilandia is agriculture which will come before any other developments.  The accommodation will be operated separately to the agricultural bookkeeping but is intended for use by investors visiting and staying on their farm.
